Our Cancellation Policy:
When booking your appointment we are reserving that time especially for you. Should you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment 24 hour notice is required. This allows us an opportunity to fill that spot/offer it to clients on the waitlist. Please note the following changes to our cancellation policy:
Late/Same Day Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and No call/No shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the service(s) booked.
We understand life happens and want to be empathetic, while also maintaining the financial health of SugarCookie. Therefore, we will allow one exception in a 12 month timeframe and you will need to speak with us verbally if you’d like to request an exception to waive a fee.
Please know, we respect and value your time as well as our own. We don’t enjoy enforcing a cancellation policy, but in order to continue offering affordable pricing to all our clientele, we must.

Definitions:
No-Call/No-Show is defined as a client who does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not contact SugarCookie prior to the start of their appointment time to cancel or reschedule. We will allow 10 minutes for late arrival, for most services, after that point you will be marked a no show and charged accordingly.
Late Cancellation is defined as a client who cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours notice given to SugarCookie.
Spa Cancellation fees will be run to the card on file. If your card is declined or a card is not on file, an invoice will be emailed and/or texted, and must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay fees will result in cancellation of any future appointments and new appointments cannot be booked until balance is paid in full.
